Premium Balsamic Vinegar of Modena “Monovitigno” is produced from selected Lambrusco grapes and is exclusively aged in oak barrels.
This Aceto Balsamico is characterized by a complex and balanced sour-and-sweet taste, in which the typical acidity of the Lambrusco's variety harmonizes with the fruity notes of plum and vanilla during the maturation in barrels.
Goes well with roasted veal, grilled meat, porc. Excellent with grilled vegetables, red onions, tomatoes
