This naturally cloudy, unfiltered organic olive oil, extra virgin, is produced by the Los Remedios-Picasat cooperative from the Andalusian olive variety Lechín. The Sierra de Cádiz region is known for its traditional olive tree cultivation and harvesting methods that have been practised for centuries.
This olive oil is ideal as a salad dressing or to refine stews and sauces. At the same time this olive oil is excellent with grilled and steamed vegetables.
