Directly from the fields, the artichokes arrive at the farm, where they are processed in the shortest possible time with delicacy and craftsmanship according to a traditional recipe. The family business around Simonetta, Emiliana & Antonella Ciarlo has stood for the highest quality for vegetables and tomato specialities from Italy since 1952.
The artichoke hearts in olive oil are ideal as an appetiser (antipasti), in salads and in dips.
