The ingredients - aubergines 65%, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, grape juice, oregano, garlic and sea salt - are from controlled organic farming. The high-quality ingredients and the gentle processing give this speciality a wonderfully aromatic and Mediterranean flavour.

The grilled aubergines in olive oil are ideal as a starter (antipasti), in salads and in dips.
