This organic glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena has a penetrating and typical flavour, with harmonious acidity. Its sour-and-sweet taste is balanced with velvety notes.
It’s a very thick glaze that can be used to provide the final touch to many dishes.

Goes well with salads, vegetables, cheese, fish, chicken, meat. Recommended with desserts like ice cream, yoghurt or fruit such as strawberries and apples.
