This punch from the Walcher distillery provides a seductive taste experience on cold days. Glüx Punch consists of South Tyrolean apple juice, South Tyrolean distilled gin, grapefruit, blood orange, ginger, cloves and cinnamon (all from controlled organic farming).

Biostilla Gin is produced at the renowned Walcher Distillery. The "Walcher Estate Distillery" was established in 1966 under Alfons Walcher with a farm distillery at the Turmbachhof and the foundation stone was laid for the commercial production of grappa, fruit brandies, herbal schnapps and fine liqueurs. The Turmbachhof in Eppan has been owned by the Walcher family for 9 generations. The distillery is located in the largest fruit-growing area in South Tyrol. The tasty fruits used for the noble distillates grow here on 280 sunny days a year.
