Peperoncino Powder Aji, Organic, DEMETER, 12g

In the heart of Tuscany, between Bolgheri and Bibbona, the chilli peppers are produced according to organic and biodynamic standards. Aji is a slightly hot chilli pepper known as the "Peruvian yellow chilli pepper". It grows wild in the mountains of Peru and at the same time there are several specimens in Bolivia. The taste is reminiscent of ginger and citrus fruits. There are many cooking combinations and applications for this powder.
Best suited for seasoning stews and soups as well as sauces and dips (e.g. guacamole - which harmonises jalapeño with avocado and coriander leaves). Excellent is also the combination with chocolate and vanilla
