Peperoncino Powder Jalapeño, Organic, DEMETER, 12g

In the heart of Tuscany, between Bolgheri and Bibbona, the chilli peppers are produced according to organic and biodynamic standards. The peperoncino variety Jalapeno (CASPICUM ANNUUM) is hot and spicy. The mixture of red and green jalapeños gives the powder a peppery flavour. The fresh fruit of the jalapeño has floral and fruity notes of green apple and vegetables. In the kitchen there are many combinations and applications for this powder
Best suited for seasoning stews and soups as well as sauces and dips (e.g. guacamole - which harmonises jalapeño with avocado and coriander leaves). Excellent is also the combination with chocolate and vanilla
