Our range includes spice specialities from two producers:
Firstly, from Azienda Agricola Rita Salvadori in Tuscany. This organic farm grows a wide variety of fruits and herbs. The focus is on chilli specialities from all over the world. Here you will find chillies ranging from Habanero Chocolate to Jalapeño Pepper. Azienda Agricola Rita Salvadori (Peperita for short) processes its own herbs and fruits into the finest Italian delicacies. So we not only stock spices from Peperita, but also aromatic
spice oils.
Our second producer comes from Calabria and is called Giuseppe Sarubbi. With a love of traditional recipes and regional ingredients, Giuseppe conjures up wonderful specialities with dedication and care. We not only offer spice mixes from Giuseppe, but also
tomato sauces and
jams.
