Illasi, a charming village in Valpolicella, is located around 20 km from Verona. The sun-drenched Val d'Illasi, named after the town, is home to the remains of an imposing castle ruin from the 13th century, which is considered a landmark of the region. The history of Illasi dates back to prehistoric times and today the town is an important part of the wine world. This is where the Fasoli family's vineyards are located. Like few other wineries, this friendly third and fourth generation family business manages to produce both exclusive top wines and wonderful wines for every day.
