About the producer Mani Bläuel - Organic pioneers in Greece

In the late 1970s, Fritz and Burgi Bläuel settled in Mani to explore alternative ways of living and farming. Together with olive farmers, they began to establish organic farming and the production of high-quality olive oil. To date, MANI Bläuel has helped over 300 farming families convert to organic farming.

The family's commitment led to the development of Greece's first certified organic olive oil in 1991, which is now exported worldwide. Since 2009, Felix, the family's son, has been part of the management team and brings new impulses for the future of the company.
