The Koroneiki Olive - an autochthonous olive variety of the Peloponnese (Greece) - is harvested gently and extracted cold only by mechanical extraction. The climatic conditions and the proximity to the sea give this olive oil a unique taste.
This olive oil is ideal as a salad dressing or to refine stews and sauces. At the same time this olive oil is excellent with grilled and steamed vegetables.
