The chillies, from Habanero Chocolate to Jalapeno Pepper, are grown on this organic farm in the heart of Tuscany, between Bolgheri and Bibbona. How can the garlic chilli oil be used?
Salad dressings: The seasoned olive oil with garlic and chilli gives salad dressings a deliciously spicy taste. Harmonises particularly well with green salads with fruit (apples, blue and/or strawberries). Combined with lemon juice, salt and pepper and a little honey, it can make a delicious dressing for green salads.
Marinades: The flavoured olive oil is well suited as a base for marinades for meat, poultry or vegetables. Garlic and chilli give the dish a spicy Mediterranean note.
Bruschetta: The olive oil with garlic and chilli is perfect for preparing bruschetta. Spread it on toasted bread and top with fresh tomato slices and mozzarella for a delicious snack.
Pasta: Use the Garlic Chilli Oil as a topping for pasta dishes. After you have cooked and drained the pasta, you can pour the flavoured oil over it and sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese.
Vegetable dishes: Fry vegetables in a little olive oil and add chilli oil as a topping before serving. It is especially good for courgettes, aubergines or tomatoes.
Pizza: You can use the olive oil with garlic and chilli to season pizza.
